A few new trademark applications submitted by Samsung in Europe, the US, and South Korea reveal that the company wants to secure the “Awesome Intelligence” buzzword (via GalaxyClub).
Although the Galaxy A series isn't mentioned anywhere in the trademark applications, Samsung has traditionally used the term “Awesome” to promote the Galaxy A series many times before.
In recent years, Samsung's ads for the Galaxy A series have been peppered with buzzwords like “Awesome is for everyone,” “Awesome screen,” “Awesome camera,” and so on. Example below.

Needless to say, it's hard not to connect the dots between the Galaxy A series and the recent Awesome Intelligence trademark. And neatly enough, the abbreviation of Awesome Intelligence is “AI.”
Does this mean that the Galaxy A series will get more Galaxy AI features this year? Well, it's hard to be sure of anything based solely on a few trademark applications, but it does look that way.
As to which Galaxy A phone could be the first to step into the era of AI, time will tell, but the Galaxy A56 sounds like a decent contender.
The upcoming Galaxy A56 will be powered by the new Exynos 1580 chip. Theoretically, the SoC should be capable enough to handle more Galaxy AI features besides Circle to Search, such as text summarization and maybe even AI-powered notifications, which will be a part of the One UI 7 and Galaxy S25 experience.
Samsung may release the Galaxy A56 this spring, so we will have to wait a bit longer before we know for sure if it's going to be the first with Awesome Intelligence and the first non-flagship Samsung phone to adopt more Galaxy AI features.
