Last month, Samsung opened the One UI 8.0 (Android 16) Beta Program for the Galaxy A54 in India. Now, the brand has closed it and released the stable version of the new software to the devices enrolled in the program.
The update is 276.51MB in size and comes bearing firmware version A546EXXUFEYI4, as you can see in the screenshot below (via Tarun Vats). We expect Samsung to release it to devices running on One UI 7.0 in the next few days.
Samsung has already offered the stable version of One UI 8 to the Galaxy A54 in many Asian, European, and Latin American countries.
To update your Galaxy A54 to One UI 8, navigate to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Alternatively, you go to our firmware section, download the latest firmware for your device, and install it manually using Samsung’s Odin tool.
Speaking of software updates, the Galaxy A54 is also eligible to get Samsung’s upcoming One UI 8.5. It is based on Android 16 and brings many minor visual changes, which make a big impact on the overall look of the operating system.
