GalaxyClub has published a new report detailing the Galaxy A35's cameras, and one of the critical upgrades will please all the shutterbugs out there. The Galaxy A35 reportedly gets a 50MP sensor for the primary camera, an upgrade from a 48MP camera that Samsung has used over the last few weeks. This sensor is likely bigger than 48MP camera sensors found in Samsung mid-range phones. If this ends up being the same sensor as the one found on the Galaxy A54, the A3x lineup will get a noticeable boost in photo and video quality.
The Galaxy A35 will have a 13MP sensor for selfies, just like its predecessor. As for the secondary rear cameras, there's no telling if those will get upgrades. The combination of an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 5MP macro camera has been used on many mid-range Galaxy phones and is only suitable for basic ultrawide shots and portrait modes.
With the Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s phones launched earlier today featuring 50MP primary rear cameras, it looks like Samsung has upped its image quality on all phones, regardless of the price. Not much else is known about the Galaxy A35, but it could feature the Exynos 1480 processor that was recently leaked.
