Now that Samsung has launched the Galaxy S26 series, its next launch could include two mid-range phones: the Galaxy A37 and the Galaxy A57. Information about both upcoming phones has leaked several times, and an early retailer listing (via Evan Blass) has now revealed their pricing and specifications.

The Galaxy A37 and the Galaxy A57 do not look very different from their predecessors. Both phones feature 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ displays with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. They also have a 12MP front-facing camera and an in-display fingerprint reader.

Both mid-range phones rely on a triple-camera setup on the rear, featuring a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 5MP macro camera. While the Galaxy A57 uses a 12MP ultrawide camera, the Galaxy A37 features an 8MP ultrawide camera. They will likely be able to record up to 4K 30fps HDR videos using their primary rear and front cameras.

The Galaxy A37 and the Galaxy A57 are powered by 5,000mAh batteries and support up to 45W fast wired charging.

While the Galaxy A57 is expected to come equipped with the Exynos 1680 processor, the Galaxy A37 uses the two-year-old Exynos 1480 chip. Both devices appear to feature 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. They are also expected to run Android 16-based One UI 8.5 out of the box.

The listings reveal that the Galaxy A37 measures 162.9 x 78.2 x 7.4mm and weighs 196g. The Galaxy A57 measures 161.5 x 76.8 x 6.9mm and weighs 179g, making it more compact and significantly lighter than its predecessor.

The Galaxy A57 could cost R429 (around $25) per month on a 48-month contract, while the Galaxy A37 could cost R399 per month on a 36-month contract. They could cost more than their predecessors due to the ongoing memory chip shortage.
