Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and Gear S firmware now online

The Galaxy Note Edge and the Gear S, two of the most interesting Samsung devices in recent times, will be going up for sale in various markets in the coming weeks (though the Note Edge is already available in Japan), and starting today, you can download firmware for the two devices from our firmware section. Firmware files are useful for returning a device to its stock software, and given the unique curved display of the Note Edge, we're guessing its firmware files are going to come in handy as the developer community will likely be looking at ways to further enhance the default experience.

Firmware files can also be used to extract goodies like wallpapers, ringtones and other media, so head over to our firmware section to grab the firmware for the Galaxy Note Edge and the Gear S (search for model numbers SM-N915 and SM-R750 to get a list of all firmware for the two devices.)
