New Amoled panels are 32 percent thinner than the LCDs panels

According to the information of www.oled-display.net is Samsung ready to showcase new kind of AMOLED displays.
The size of the screen is 4.8” and only 1.92 mm thick.
The new displays are 32 percent thinner than most LCDs uses OCTA (On Cell TSP AMOLED) panel technology to provide highly attractive alternative for mobile devices requiring an exceptionally slim design and high visibility.

Samsung will show this panel at SID-2012.
