TL;DR

  • Samsung has started rolling out the stable One UI 9.0 update for the Galaxy A57 after a month-long beta test.
  • The update is first appearing in South Korea, where the phone is sold as the Galaxy Quantum 7, with build A576SKSU2BZIE.
  • One UI 9.0 adds a more customizable Quick Panel, improved DeX, Samsung Notes, accessibility, and a location privacy indicator, but not the new AI features for Galaxy A series devices.

After an almost month-long beta program, Samsung has finally released the stable version of One UI 9.0 (Android 17) for the Galaxy A57.

The brand seems to be rolling out the new update first in its home country, South Korea, where the phone is known as the Galaxy Quantum 7.

The new stable One UI 9.0 update for the Galaxy A57 carries version A576SKSU2BZIE (via Tarun Vats). However, there's no information on the update's size or the security patch it features.

Going by Samsung's software rollout history, the brand should release the new firmware for the phone in other countries over the next few days. You can check its availability and get it by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.

One UI 9.0 offers a more customizable Quick Panel, upgraded Samsung DeX, Samsung Notes, and accessibility features, as well as a location privacy indicator. Unfortunately, the new AI features it offers are not available on Galaxy A series devices.
