If you own a smartphone, keeping its firmware and apps updated to the latest versions ensures that you get the best possible experience. On Samsung phones, you can check for software updates by going to Settings, while app updates are available through the Galaxy Store and Google Play Store.
However, updates for some apps may not appear in the updates section of either app store. You have to manually visit their listings to check for new updates. Three such apps are Android System Intelligence, Android System WebView, and Private Compute Services. Google has now released new updates for all three apps.
The latest updates for Android System Intelligence, Android System WebView, and Private Compute Services carry versions 961698966, 150.0.7871.181, and 960885322, respectively. Unfortunately, Google hasn’t revealed what changes these updates bring (via Kailash).
Typically, updates for these apps bring bug fixes, performance improvements, security enhancements, and new features related to displaying web content within apps, powering on-device intelligent features such as smart suggestions, and enabling privacy-focused processing of sensitive data.
You can update these apps by going to Settings > Apps > Android System Intelligence/Android System WebView/Private Compute Services > App details in store > Update.
