Samsung smartphones and tablets come pre-installed with many Google applications. The American tech giant regularly releases updates for them, and you can get most of those updates by going to Google Play Store > Manage apps & device. However, some Google apps don't appear in that section even when an update is available, requiring you to update them manually.
Three such apps are Android System SafetyCore, Android System WebView, and Google Play Services, and now Google has released new updates for all three. They carry version numbers 1.0.925574157, 149.0.7827.91, and 26.22.33, respectively (via Galaxy Alerts). Usually, Google doesn't provide a changelog for these updates, and that remains the case this time as well.
To install these updates, go to Settings, scroll down, tap Apps, search for the app, open its listing, scroll down, and tap App details in store. This will take you to its Google Play Store page, where you can tap Update to install the latest version. Repeat the step for the next app.
Usually, updates for these apps pack bug fixes, performance improvements, security enhancements, and new features. So, it is always a good idea to get them. We can confirm that the updates are available for Galaxy phones running One UI 8.5 or One UI 9 in India.
