Samsung Electronics has spent 20 consecutive years as the world’s leading TV brand, and it’s marking the moment with a new Europe-wide campaign starring Thierry Henry. The push arrives just as attention begins to shift toward the FIFA World Cup 2026 and Samsung's latest TV models.
The campaign is built around the idea that football is better when it’s shared, and it's not just the sport that matters, but the TV experience as well.
Samsung is positioning its latest TVs as the centerpiece of those shared moments, whether that’s at home or in public viewing spaces.
Former Arsenal F.C. legend Thierry Henry echoes the message, stating:
For me, the way you watch sport is just as important as the sport itself. This campaign shows how technology can truly enhance such euphoric moments.
Believing that “Football unites people in a special way,” Samsung has already developed new AI-powered features that make its 2026 TV models the top choice for FIFA World Cup fans.
New TV technologies, showcased at CES 2026 earlier this year, revolve around VAC, or Vision AI Companion. It's the latest Vision AI upgrade and boasts AI Soccer Mode Pro and AI Sound Controller Pro.
All in all, Samsung is lining up its 2026 TVs, latest AI advancements, and this Thierry Henry campaign under the same message: Samsung TVs are the obvious choice for football fans looking to upgrade their screens this year.
