Samsung Art Store continues to expand its collection of digital modern art sourced from some of the leading museums in the world.
A new collaboration with the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art brings works from leading artists to homes with Samsung TVs exclusively through the Samsung Art Store.
The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art is now the first museum on the West Coast of the United States to join the Samsung Art Store. It brings 34 artworks from its collection to the platform, including iconic pieces from some of the world's most leading artists.
This collaboration makes it possible for Samsung Art Users to display iconic artworks like Diego Rivera's The Flower Carrier, Henri Matisse's Femme au chapeau, Jackson Pollock's Guardians of the Secret, and many others for the first time ever.
This is also the first time that works from modern masters Wayne Thiebaud and Robert Rauschenberg have been made available on the platform for the first time. The Samsung Art Store platform is available on a variety of the company's televisions, including its lifestyle sets The Frame Pro and The Frame, which have been specifically designed to showcase artwork in all its glory.
The latest iterations of these TVs feature an anti-reflective coating on the matte display to create a look that closely mirrors that of the original work of art.
