Early reports about Samsung’s next lineup of non-foldable flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S26 series, claimed that the brand will launch them at a higher price than their predecessors, the Galaxy S25 lineup, owing to rising smartphone manufacturing costs, especially memory.
Newer leaks about the phones claimed that the company may launch them at the same price as the current models but not offer as amazing pre-order benefits as before. Well, a new report from Korea suggests that people will eventually have to pay more for the upcoming phones.
According to Naver, Samsung has finalised the prices of the 256GB and 512GB storage variants of the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The prices of the 256GB storage variants of the Galaxy S26 and the Galaxy S26+ are KRW 99,000 (approximately USD 68.99) higher than those of their predecessors, whereas the price of the Galaxy S26 Ultra is KRW 98,600 (approximately USD 68) higher than its predecessor.
