Rumored wider Galaxy Fold model may have it.

Samsung did offer S Pen support for some of its Galaxy Z Fold phones a while back, but the latest models skip it. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 and even the Galaxy Z TriFold don't have support for the stylus.
If a new rumor is to be believed, Samsung might be working on bringing it back, but not on the Galaxy Z Fold 8.
It was recently rumored that Samsung is working on a new book-style foldable phone that will be wider. It's being built apparently to counter Apple's first iPhone Fold that will have a wider layout compared to Samsung's existing Galaxy Z Fold models.
There's a rumor floating around in South Korea that this new foldable Samsung is working on will have support for the S Pen. It will be different from the Galaxy Z Fold 8 that is unlikely to have S Pen support. Given that Samsung may have to add a digitizer to the display for the stylus, it's likely that this new model may not be as slim as the Galaxy Z Fold 8.
Samsung has already shown its willingness to expand its foldable lineup. It added the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE and the Galaxy Z TriFold this year. There's nothing stopping it from adding another model next year that's mainly focused on outdoing Apple's first attempt at making a foldable phone.
Whether or not this wider Galaxy Fold phone ever sees the light of day remains a mystery for now, but there's enough smoke now to suggest that there may be some fire, somewhere at Samsung's mobile division.
