Samsung offers an easy-to-follow, three-step installation guide that starts automatically when its business TVs are turned on for the first time. They don't require any additional installation cost or need for IT support. The Samsung Business TV app, which is available for both Android and iOS, can be used to remotely manage and control the TVs through smartphones.
The app offers 100 pre-loaded content templates that can be used in landscape and portrait orientation. The company offers L-bar layouts and templates for seasonal sales, pre-designed advertisements, and promotions that can be edited as per a business owner's needs.
