Samsung has released the stable One UI 7.0 (Android 15) update to the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in Europe.

Earlier today, Samsung expanded the availability of the stable One UI 7.0 update for the Galaxy S24 to Europe. Now, the company has released the update for its latest two foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in Europe. Other countries could get the update soon.
The Android 15-based stable One UI 7.0 update is now available for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in Germany. The update could comes with firmware version F741BXXU2BYCJ for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and firmware version F956BXX2BYCK for the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The update also brings the April 2025 security patch with them.
It is a big update, so it will take some time to download and install. If you have any of the two devices mentioned above and live in Europe, you can download the update by navigating to Settings » Software update » Download and install.
This new update brings a major UI design refresh, featuring separate pages for notifications and Quick Panel. The Quick Panel also has a new design, now featuring the volume slider, and it can be accessed by swiping down fromt the top right part of the screen.
The update also brings new app icons, improved stock apps, a new camera app with better one-handed accessibility, a new widget styling, more widgets for the home screen and the lock screen, more lock screen customization options, smoother animations and transitions, a new battery icon in the status bar, and a slick new charging animation.
One UI 7.0 also brings Now Bar, a new live notification system that appears on the lock screen (including the AOD screen). It also brings new and improved Galaxy AI features, the Daily Brief widget, and a lot more. Watch all of them in our in-depth video below.
