Unlike the past couple of years, Samsung has released four high-end smartphones – the Galaxy Note 5, the Galaxy S6 edge+, the Galaxy S6, and the Galaxy S6 edge – in 2015. The Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+ were announced earlier a few hours ago, while the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 were announced back in March earlier this year.

All these devices have similar specifications, build quality and design. All of them feature QHD Super AMOLED displays, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop-based newer TouchWiz UI, a 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7420 processor, a 16-megapixel primary camera with OIS and 4K video recording, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, Samsung Pay, touch-based fingerprint sensor, and 4G LTE.

The Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+ have 5.7-inch displays and 3,000 mAh batteries as opposed to smaller 5.1-inch displays and lower capacity sub-2,600 mAh batteries that are used in the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge. The Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+ have 4GB RAM as opposed to 3GB RAM that's used in the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge.
