Samsung Owner's Hub app scores an update with live video chat support, now called Samsung+

Samsung Owner's Hub, an app dedicated to Samsung smartphone and tablet owners in the US, has received an update yesterday. Now, the app has been renamed to Samsung+, and now features a new icon, live video chat support, information about the user such as their previous Samsung devices, as well as information on benefits. Users can see ratings and rate device support guides as well as schedule Samsung Skills Workshop directly from the app.

What's New

• New app name: changed to Samsung Plus (formerly Owner’s Hub) with a new logo and icon
• Live Video Chat support
• My Samsung Account section with information about:
– Your personal customer service level and benefits
– Devices owned & registered to your Samsung Account
• Schedule a Samsung Skills Workshop directly from the app
• Ability to rate and see ratings of device support guides
• Bug fixes and application performance improvements

The app also provides various how-to videos, behind-the-scene videos, app recommendations, and exclusive promotions. Keep in mind that the app is only compatible with a select number of Samsung smartphones and tablets that are sold in the US.
