Many people are happy to see that Samsung will update most of their old high-end phones to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean.
Specially the Galaxy Note and Galaxy S II owners are very happy.
They are even happy to see Samsung update their mid-end devices Galaxy Chat, Galaxy Ace Plus and Galaxy mini 2 to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean.
The most updates are planned for the latest quarter of 2012. / first quarter of 2013.
The Jelly Bean update will have a few enchantments like:
– Better performance, thanks to Project Butter it’s even smoother and faster
– Reorganized settings menu
– 2 Homescreen modes
– New Notifications bar
– Google Now
– Resizable Pop-up play screen

Many times Samsung decide to update the most devices with special value packs.
Samsung did the same with the first Galaxy S and Galaxy tab.
