Is Samsung working on a Windows Phone 8 for AT&T?

It looks like Samsung have start working on the first Windows Phone 8 device for AT&T.
Samsung showed a couple of specification in a leaked document.
Inside the document we found out that the model number will be:  SGH-I687.
The screen resolution of this new product isn't that high, “only” 480×800 pixels.
When Samsung will show the first Windows 8 device is still unclear, but we think around end Q3.

We personally can't wait to see the first windows phone 8 phones in Europe by Samsung, but we do not think Samsung will show anything with Windows at IFA 2012 in August.
