Judge rejects Galaxy Tab 10.1 injunction ban request in US
More bad news for Samsung from the courtroom as US District Court Judge Lucy Koh has rejected Samsung’s appeal to lift the Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales ban in United States. Last week, Koh had granted an injunction against Galaxy Tab 10.1. Samsung had appealed to the court to stay the injunction until a resolution of the appeal.
Despite the District Court rejecting the appeal, Samsung still has one last hope – the federal appeals court that exclusively looks over intellectual property disputes.
“We will continue to pursue a request for an appeal of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 preliminary injunction, which we filed on June 26 to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.”

More and more seems USA is just protecting an american firm (Apple).
