Millions of sports fans in North America can now access thousands more live sports events through their Samsung smart TVs. FloSports has just launched the Connect TV app on Samsung smart TVs, bringing thousands of live sports events to subscribers.
Samsung announced that the Connect TV app is compatible with Samsung smart TV models launched in 2018 or later. The app further strengthens Samsung's sports library and offers quick access to the FloSports content catalog, which includes coverage of more than 25 sports and 50,000 live events.
FloSports was founded in 2006 and has gained countless sports fans because of its commitment to highlighting the sports and athletes that traditional media channels don't usually cover.
Through the Connect TV app, Samsung smart TV users in North America who are subscribed to FloSports will gain access to coverage for 25 sports, including Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, hockey, motorsports, cycling, track & field, NCAA sports, and more.
FloSports also partners with NASCAR, USA Wrestling, High Limit Racing, the American Hockey League, Tour de France, and more to stream over 50,000 events every year.
The Connect TV app is available for download on Samsung smart TVs in North America, but the content is not part of the Samsung TV Plus experience. A paid FloSports subscription is required to access the content.
