Since the beginning of this year, Samsung has hiked the price of its smartphones in India four times, once every month (1, 2, 3, 4). If that wasn’t bad enough, the brand is now increasing the prices of its phones in the country once again, making it even harder for people to buy Galaxy phones in the region.
On X, Abhishek Yadav has shared an image of what looks like Samsung India’s communication to its retailers in the country about increasing the prices of the Galaxy A06 5G, Galaxy A07, Galaxy A07 5G, Galaxy A17 5G, Galaxy A36, Galaxy A56, and Galaxy F17 5G from April 10, 2026. Below are the old and new prices.

As you can see, the price hikes range from INR 500 to INR 3,500. If the news is true, Samsung's retailers in the country may start selling these phones at the new, increased prices very soon. If you were planning to buy these phones, you should get them before the new prices start going into effect.
