As we approach the end of the month, Samsung is almost done ticking off every name off the list of devices that haven't received the One UI 7 update yet. Today, Galaxy M54 owners can start upgrading their phones to One UI 7 (Android 15).
The first destination for the Galaxy M54 One UI 7 update is Indonesia, and it will likely expand to more countries this week. You can identify the update by the build number M546BXXU8DYE3 if you live in Indonesia, though other countries are likely to receive the same firmware as well.
To download the update (around 3.7GB in size), open the Settings app on the phone, scroll down and tap Software update, and select the Download and install option. The latest Galaxy M54 firmware are also available in our firmware archive.
This is the second major Android OS upgrade for the Galaxy M54 and brings a host of improvements, including smoother animations, increased home screen and widget customization, a more intuitive camera app interface, and the gorgeous Now Bar feature. One UI 7 also brings deeper Google Gemini integration.
The Galaxy M54 is eligible for two more major Android and One UI upgrades. One UI 8, based on Android 16, will start rolling out in the second half of this year.
