The Galaxy Book 6 and Galaxy Book 6 Pro will be available in 14-inch and 16-inch versions, while the Galaxy Book 6 Ultra is offered only in a 16-inch model. All three laptops are powered by Intel’s new Core Ultra Series 3 (Panther Lake) processors and come with at least 16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. They run the Windows 11 operating system and have a powerful built-in NPU for running on-device Microsoft's Copilot+ AI features.
The Galaxy Book 6 Pro uses integrated Intel Arc graphics. The Galaxy Book 6 Ultra is available in two graphics configurations: one with an integrated Intel Arc graphics and the other with an Nvidia RTX GPU (either RTX 5060 or RTX 5070).
Samsung says it has completely redesigned the cooling system in its new laptops. They feature a new cooling fan and an upgraded vapor chamber to improve thermal performance.
The Galaxy Book 6 Pro and Galaxy Book 6 Ultra feature QD-OLED displays with QHD+ resolution, up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness, and up to a 120Hz variable refresh rate. The displays are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass with DXC protection and include an anti-reflective coating.
The laptops feature a large, centered haptic trackpad and a tenkeyless backlit keyboard. The Galaxy Book 6 Pro has a quad-speaker system, while the Galaxy Book 6 Ultra features a six-speaker setup.
Both models include a 2MP webcam, a fingerprint reader, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, one HDMI 2.1 port, one USB 3.2 Type-A port, and a 3.5mm headphone and microphone combo jack.
The 14-inch Galaxy Book 6 Pro is powered by a 67.18Wh battery, while the 16-inch version includes a 78.97Wh battery. It supports 65W fast charging. The Galaxy Book 6 Ultra is equipped with an 80.2Wh battery and supports 100W charging, or up to 140W charging for models with Nvidia graphics.
