It's vastly more customizable in the upcoming update without requiring the use of any Good Lock assistance, and you can choose to have it in bone stock condition as well should you so desire.

Quick Panel customization on One UI 8.0 is largely limited to changing the order of the various options. One UI 8.5 provides more powerful customization options, that let you reside, re-order, re-arrange and even re-orient many of the options therein to have the Quick Panel set up to your exact requirements.
