A few days ago, Samsung’s smartphones started getting software updates that brought the April 2026 security patch. Initially, the brand offered it to the Galaxy S series devices, and now, the company has started providing it to the Galaxy Z lineup of phones, starting with the Galaxy Z TriFold.
Currently, Samsung is offering the April 2026 security patch to the Galaxy Z TriFold units made for its home country, South Korea, which have the model number SM-F968F. The software update is 516.73MB in size and carries firmware version F968NKSS4AZCS (via Samsung Community).

According to Samsung, the April 2026 security patch fixes a total of 47 security issues present in the previous version of the operating system, making the Galaxy Z TriFold more secure than before.
