New Experience Store opens in Belgium's hotspot for Samsung fans

Samsung continues expanding its Experience Store network in Europe, and the company recently announced the opening of its fourth retail location in Belgium. The Experience Store is located in the Les Grands Prés shopping area in the city of Mons in the Wallonia region.

Studies cited by Samsung show that Belgian customers enjoy buying their smartphones from physical stores more than they like shopping online. Even after lockdowns, 78% of smartphone buyers in Belgium preferred purchasing new products from brick & mortar points of sale.

With that in mind, Samsung wants the new Samsung Experience Store in Mons to offer customers “a safe, fun, and inspiring environment” where they can test new products and get assistance from trained employees.

Wallonia was the perfect choice for a new Experience Store

The new Experience Store is the fourth in Belgium, and Samsung chose Mons in Wallonia for its new retail space because of what the region represents. Wallonia records the highest sales figures for Samsung in Belgium, next to Charleroi. Naturally, Wallonia wasn't a difficult choice for the new Experience Store, given that it's practically a hotspot for Samsung fans nationwide.

The Experience Store features the latest Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and wearables. It also offers repair services that shouldn't take more than 1.5 hours. The store is open from 10 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Sunday. On Fridays, it closes its doors at 9 PM.
