At Galaxy Unpacked 2025, Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold series went through one of its most significant evolutionary steps in years. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 looks familiar, but Samsung's new foldable flagship is now bigger, thinner, and lighter than any of its predecessors.
This new design is available in a fresh range of color options. Samsung announced the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in three new standard colors and one online exclusive finish. Here is all you need to know.
Indeed, Samsung has developed only one Galaxy Z Fold 7 online exclusive color instead of two. The carbon fiber-like Crafted Black finish is also gone, but the new online exclusive color is rather unusual. Here are your four options.
As always, the online exclusive color, which is Mint in this case, costs the same as the standard ones. However, it is available only through Samsung's online store, so if you plan on buying the Fold 7 from a different retailer or a carrier, you'll have to stick to one of the three standard colors.
Speaking of prices, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is available for pre-order in three configurations. The 12GB+256GB variant starts at $1,999/£1,799/€2,099.
Pre-order bonuses, trade-in values, and color options may vary by market. So, if you want to trade up to or buy the Galaxy Z Fold 7, make sure to check your local Samsung shop for more details.
All in all, we can't say that Samsung's color choices for this year's Galaxy Z Fold 7 are very bold, but adding Mint into the mix is an interesting choice. Still, the company appears to have taken a safer route by picking relatively standard finishes for its new premium foldable phone.
One thing to say about the Blue Shadow color is that it looks very much like the Samsung brand color. The fact that the company chose Blue Shadow to represent this year's foldable phones seems appropriate. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 in this color looks unmistakably Samsung.
