So far, there have been plenty of leaks about Samsung’s next Fan Edition smartphone, the Galaxy S25 FE, which have shed light on its key details, including display, processor, cameras, and design. Now, we have information about its minor details as well, such as RAM and storage configurations and color options.
On X, @MysteryLupin claims that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S25 FE in two memory configurations — 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage — and four color options, Icyblue, Jetblack, Navy, and White.
In comparison, the Galaxy S24 FE is available in three memory configurations, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, 8GB RAM + 512GB storage. Usually, Samsung doesn’t launch a new smartphone with fewer memory options than its predecessor. As such, you should take the latest information with a pinch of salt.
The Galaxy S25 FE is expected to offer three upgrades over the Galaxy S24 FE, a higher resolution selfie camera (12MP vs. 10MP), a faster charging speed (45W vs. 25W), and a new OLED panel that is thinner, which should reduce the thickness of the device to 7.4mm down from 8mm waistline of its predecessor.
The rest of the specification of the upcoming model should remain the same as the last year’s model. Usually, the brand launches a new Fan Edition device around September or October. Considering that, the company may launch the Galaxy S25 FE in the last quarter of this year.
