Samsung hasn't released the stable One UI 7.0 (Android 15) update for the Galaxy S23 series yet. The phones in the lineup have received two beta updates, but someone has got their hands on the leaked stable update firmware and showcased the new software on the video.
The stable One UI 7.0 update for the Galaxy S24 is scheduled to be released today in some markets, and the Galaxy S23's stable One UI 7 update is scheduled to be released a few days later. However, the stable One UI 7.0 update for the Galaxy S23 Ultra was reportedly leaked, and a tipster got their hands on the update. You can see it a video below.
X user Erencan Yılmaz installed the leaked build on their Galaxy S23 Ultra. As you can see in the video, the update includes the April 2025 security patch and runs firmware version ending DYD3. It includes all the latest One UI 7.0 optimizations, including smoother charging animation and media player widget in the notifications screen. It also has the media player Now Bar appearing in the status bar.
Since Samsung has already released two beta updates, it appears to be finalizing the software development. The company could release one more beta update before releasing the stable One UI 7.0 update in the next few days.
