Last week, Samsung released One UI 6.1 to the Galaxy A52s 5G. Now, the company is rolling out the May 2024 security patch for the smartphone. It fixes 45 security vulnerabilities. Currently, the company is rolling out the latest security update to the variant of the smartphone that it sells in many regions across the globe, including Asia, Europe, South America, and the United Kingdom, which has the model number SM-A528B.
The software update that brings the May 2024 security patch to that variant of the Galaxy A52s 5G has firmware version A528BXXS8GXE1. Samsung must be rolling out the new firmware in phases. So, different sets of people might get the update at different times. To check for the new software update go to Settings » Software update » Download and install. You can also download it from our database and install it manually.
