Samsung is preparing to launch at least five smartphones next month. Two of them are expected to be mid-range Galaxy A series devices. The Galaxy A37 is said to bring camera improvements, while the Galaxy A57 is likely to receive performance upgrades. Details about their battery capacity and charging speeds have now surfaced.
The Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 have been spotted (via TheTechOutlook) in the TUV certification database. According to the listings, the Galaxy A37 features a 4,905mAh battery (rated capacity), which will likely be marketed as a 5,000mAh battery. The Galaxy A57’s battery capacity was not mentioned in the documents. However, both devices are listed to support 45W fast wired charging (10V, 4.5A).
Previous reports suggest that the Galaxy A37 will feature an upgraded 50MP (1/1.56-inch) primary camera that is also found in the Galaxy A57 and the Galaxy S25. In addition to an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 12MP front-facing camera, both phones are expected to offer OIS on the primary rear camera, 4K video recording at 30fps, and Super HDR support.
Both devices were also spotted earlier in the Geekbench database. The Galaxy A37 will be powered by the Exynos 1480 processor, while the Galaxy A57 will use the more powerful, yet-to-be-announced Exynos 1680 chipset, which should support Bluetooth 6.0. Both phones could launch in early February.
