You can now get reply notifications for your comments on SamMobile!

We hate to admit it, but our comment system has always been something like a remnant from the stone age of the internet. Our readers have among the most strong and opinionated views, views that we love seeing on all the stories we cover (and on the feature articles that we love churning out now and then.) But the experience of conversing with each other and having real discussions has been a poor experience for our visitors due to the lack of a notification system in our comments section.

Well, we're finally fixing that, and you will now be able to know when your comments get a reply. You can also sign up to be notified for all the comments that are made on a particular post, and enable reply notifications on a per-comment basis, by hitting the Manage Subscriptions button right below the comment box. Again, we're sorry we didn't have the system in place before, but like SamMobile 4.0, we have worked hard to make sure everything will work as it should now that we have the necessary back-end stuff taken care of.
