Is this the Galaxy SII+??

On twitter today Eldar Murtazin Leaked a press photo of what presumably looks like the Galaxy SII+ .
See the picture below:

As you can see the capacitive buttons at the bottom of the phone match those from Ice Cream Sandwich and you see the blue time and singalbar. So it is likely to have Ice cream Sandwich on board. As for the processor there are rumors that it will have a 1.5Ghz Exynos processor.
