Samsung Notes is one of the most feature-rich note-taking apps on Android. However, some features users have long requested are still missing, and Samsung is now considering adding one of the most frequently requested options in a future update.

A Galaxy user recently suggested that Samsung add support for third-party fonts alongside system fonts in Samsung Notes. According to the user, access to more fonts would make it easier to organize text styles for different purposes. In response, the Samsung Notes manager replied on the Samsung Community forum, apologizing for the lack of third-party font support and confirming that the company is considering adding the feature in the future.

Samsung has not introduced third-party font support so far due to potential copyright issues that could arise from using certain external fonts.

In addition to third-party fonts, Samsung Notes users have requested several other features. These include the ability to add tables, improved undo and restore options for sticky notes, page-turning support, better file sorting, and more precise rotation controls for lines, photos, and shapes. Users have also asked for adjustable letter spacing and the ability to split a file across multiple screens.
