Add Sammobile as preferred source on Google

Samsung released the source code of the Galaxy Note 10.1 open version.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 is based on Android 4.0.4 with the new TouchWiz interface.
Thanks to this release developers could make easier new DEV roms for the Galaxy Note 10.1.
