Value Pack update for Wave 525

Samsung start rolling out the first Value pack updates for the Wave 525.
The Wave 525 can't run bada 2.0 because of space. Samsung decide to give this Wave a special value pack update.

Bada version is still 1.1
KIES users can update their phone only in Germany.
