Samsung’s new 13 megapixel camera module spotted
An Korean blog posted information about a new upcoming camera sensor by Samsung. The dimensions of the (S5K3L2) 13 megapixel camera sensor are 8.5 x 8.5 x 5.9mm.
The max camera resolution of this sensor is: 4208 x 3120.
The blog speculates that Samsung will use this camera sensor in their new Galaxy S IV and Galaxy Note III.
There are rumours about the next Galaxy S series to be announced at MWC 2013 in Barcelona but Samsung debunks those rumours.
We of SamMobile will be there in Barcelona at MWC 2013.
30 fps??? I think Cortex-A15 Dual-Core and Quad-Core, which will be on Galaxy S IV and Galaxy Note III, can capture video at 60 fps… So, how can be this done with this sensor??
