Samsung has been the world's top TV brand for decades now, and with good reason. It has exceptional offerings available across all price segments, including the ultra-premium category.
The company's TVs also enjoy a solid reputation in the United States. That's why it's no surprise to see that it has been recognized as the Best TV Brand in 2026 by a leading American consumer magazine.
Consumer Reports ranked top TV manufacturers across several benchmarks, including reliability, customer satisfaction, and price competitiveness. The evaluation also included performance tests such as image quality and sound quality, HDR performance, motion blur, data privacy and security.
Samsung scored a total of 74 points and thus took the top spot as the Best TV Brand in 2026. It was closely followed in second place by LG with 72 points and Ruko in third place with 71 points.
The company's S90F 65-inch OLED TV (QN65S90F) took 91 points in the individual rankings and came out on top. It received high praise for its viewing angles, superior motion processing performance, and excellent sound quality.
Consumer Reports further added that this Samsung OLED TV provides excellent image quality with the highest level of HDR expression, making it a very well balanced product. That's not too far off from our own S90F OLED TV review where we found that this particular model provides exceptional value for money.
