Apple wants to block the Galaxy SIII

Again Apple wants to block a Galaxy device from Samsung.
Since May 29th  you can buy the Galaxy SIII  in UK.
Even Apple bought one and they found two Apple patents.
Apple already asked to block the Galaxy Nexus, but now Apple wants to block the Galaxy SIII too.
Apple believes that unlike the Galaxy Nexus, the launch of Galaxy S III could “irreparably harm Apple” due to the huge number of pre-sales and thus a preliminary injunction is befitting.

People preordered 9 million Galaxy SIII devices worldwide.
The scheduled hearing will take place on June 7 (i.e. today).

Always the same thing with Apple…..

Samsung's reaction:
“If Apple wishes to seek an injunction against the Galaxy S III, the Court should require Apple to file a new motion and allow the parties to develop a full factual record on all four factors. Accordingly, the Court should reject Apple’s motion to amend its current notice of motion for a preliminary injunction.”
