It's as if the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 don't even exist.

It's been exactly a week since Samsung unveiled the new Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE at its Unpacked event in New York City. The company's various subsidiaries across the globe had updated their websites with information about the new devices that very same day, but it seems like not everyone paid attention.
Samsung's official website in Pakistan shows no sign of the new foldables. There's not a single mention of the lineup even on some of its official social media channels. Did they not get the memo?
That's unlikely, because Samsung Pakistan comes under Samsung Gulf Electronics Fze, which has already provided the relevant information in the markets under its jurisdiction, such as the United Arab Emirates.
The Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip devices have been officially sold through Samsung Pakistan's online store for years, so one would expect things to remain the same for the newest lineup.
Yet, fans who were excited to learn more about pricing and availability for the market find a website that doesn't even list the new phones, a YouTube channel that hasn't even reshared any global promotional materials for the devices, and an Instagram account that's still hyping up the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Samsung is estimated to have the second highest market share in the country and is uniquely positioned in the premium segment. It faces little competition from Apple which doesn't have an official presence but rather sells its wares through a network of authorized resellers.
People there like their Samsung phones. The company saw such high demand for the Galaxy S24 series that it ran out of units to sell. So while everyone else will get their new foldables by next week, fans in Pakistan will keep wondering if the local company will even acknowledge the existence of these phones by then.
