Today Samsung and Apple were facing each other again in the courtroom in The Hague, Netherlands.
Earlier this year Apple filed an injunction on The Tab because they say it looks alot like the Ipad.
Apple says that Samsung infringed Apple's design rights, which Samsung used in their Galaxy Tab line.
Samsung however did not agree.
Samsung and Apple are in a legal war for some time now.
Like in Australia Apple filed for a injuction on the Galaxy Tab.
However, after an appeal from Samsung the judge lifted the injunction, and Samsung can sell the tab again.
Samsung put out an ad to show it is really “Time to Tab”.

The ruling in the Netherlands (Commercial Port of Samsung in Europe) about the Galaxy Tablets will be on 24th of January.
