Canadian carriers are already preparing to launch the Mega 6.3, and it looks like AT&T (and likely other U.S. carriers) will begin offering it to consumers around the same time.

Galaxy Mega 6.3 features a 6.3-inch HD TFT LCD (720p) and is equipped with a Snapdragon 400 dual-core 1.7GHz processor, 1.5GB RAM, 8-megapixel camera with full HD video recording, 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microSD card support, GPS, NFC, MHL, and a 3,200mAh battery. On the software front, you get Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with the customary TouchWiz customization, including features like WatchON (for use with the infrared port), Smart Stay, Direct Call, and Multi-Window multitasking.
