Google and Samsung Announces The Nexus 10 Tablet
Well there you have it folks, the Nexus 10 is official.
After a lot of rumors speculations and the leaks from last week it is official now.
Google supposed to have a event, but it was cancelled due Hurricane Sandy, Google kept their promise and announced it today.
The most outstanding feature without a doubt is its display packing a monstrous 10.1″ display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. Which makes the pixel density 300 ppi.
The Nexus 10 packs a Exynos 5 chipset with two Cortex-A15 cores running at 1.7GHz, a quad-core Mali T-604 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
It will be available on November 13 through the Google Play store in the US, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Canada and Japan. The 16GB version will cost $399, while the 32GB edition will cost $499.

Still no SDHC slot so I am going to give this a miss.
It is intolerable that anything called “Nexus” means “No Strorage” and it is by now unforgivable.
For me it is a dealbreaker, no matter what the screen is like and I think I am not alone in this.

I support the comment by Nec v20 about the lack of any way of adding storage. Apple have really reduced their sales because of this – Yes, I know the iPad sells very well but it would sell even more if there were a card slot. For Google, this is a BIG mistake.
