Update your Galaxy S III for the last time to Android 4.0.4
The most Galaxy S III users received for the last time an Android 4.0.4 update for their device.
Samsung will start at the end of this month begin next month with the Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) updates.
The latest OTA update by Samsung based on Android 4.0.4 will fix some old bugs.
The size of this update is around 27.4 MB Samsung does advice to use OTA or Samsung’s own program called KIES.
Make sure you have a full battery when you update your device using OTA or Samsung KIES.
Don’t forget to keep an eye on our website to get as first the official Jelly Bean updates by Samsung.
You know something about build/rom version?

dont just download latest from this site when jellybean comes – make sure you back up all your stuff though

Anyone notice anything differnet? What about the problem when the TouchWiz just restarts whenever you press home from web browser?

Still on LG3 in Hong Kong, no update since early July; no brightness bar on pull down; can’t even sort order contacts by family name. Hopefully maybe will get JB sometime in the future.

In Brazil SGSIII is still in version LG2… Galaxy Note still 4.0.3… I9000B still Android 2.3.3 … maybe Samsung Brazil is sleeping or dead? It’s really bad.
