Exclusive: Following Galaxy A series, Samsung will soon come up with new series of smartphones

Samsung has a pretty heavy lineup of smartphones including the international and the carrier branded variants. It is pretty hard to name every new device with something unique and catchy when you have such a vast product lineup. More often than not, Samsung is forced to name its smartphones with pretty long and sometimes silly sounding words like Ace, Young, Core, Grand, Mega and Max. Remember the Samsung Galaxy S II HD LTE and the Sprint Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch? Well, it looks like Samsung might finally ditch such naming conventions by launching new series of smartphones. According to our reliable sources, Samsung will soon come up with new smartphone range with single letter naming convention, similar to that of the Galaxy A series.

Samsung recently launched the Galaxy A series of smartphones, the Galaxy A3 and the Galaxy A5 built with metallic materials. If you can remember, Samsung is also working on their next flagship, which is codenamed as Project Zero. It is supposedly being fully designed from scratch rather than improvising upon its predecessors. After a 74 percent drop in mobile business profits, Samsung is probably trying to renew and rebrand its complete smartphone lineup with a whole new outlook.

This is a better naming system since they release a whole lot of phones and I don’t think they plan on stoping. So better its a, b, c… rather than galaxy Ace, Young, Core, Grand, Mega and Max etc

Like many who are impressed with the build and design of Alpha, I want to see more at the top of the Samsung Product Line.

Starting with Alpha Pro, a no compromise version of Alpha or a 4.7″ Screen 5.2″ Alpha sized but THICKER device with a 2600 Mah or 2800 Mah Battery and Note 4 Camera and Specs.

The Reviewers and Public are waiting for Samsung’s
best.

^ This I can agree with except on the Active part. Yeah the rest should go but Active to me is still a potential that’s not fully realized and in fact the only logical S variant as an accompaniment and also an answer to Sony’s well made high IP rated Z line.

samsung alpha is the only design that will be a success in the future. Problem is samsung is not putting latest hardware on it. Compare the project zero with now on sale xioami mi4 that has 8 megapixel front camera. Xioami is putting more innovation and hardware on their phones than samsung. Thats why xioami is number1 in china and samsung with plastic phone sales are going down worldwide. Better develop alpha brand with top hardware sammy, else you will be soon out of the mobile market and replace by xioami, lenovo or meizu jaaaaaaa

Bigger MP front cam = innovation?….you gotta be kidding me bud.

Uhh no it’s not that. Nothing ground breaking just good specs w/ affordable RRPs. We can go all day on why/how Xiaomi are able to do that while Samsung can’t well I’d rather not right now.

Go buy your cheap-ass xioami. That’s what you can afford.
