EXCLUSIVE Galaxy Note III’s prototype showed up?

We just got our hands on a prototype of the Galaxy Note III. As you will notice below the screen is pretty big. We do not think the device below is the Galaxy Mega 6.3 because of the corners, high resolution display and bezel.  We also noticed that the resolution is full HD. The device self looks like a prototype body and we couldn’t confirm any SPEN functions yet. We expect Samsung to announce the Galaxy Note III at IFA 2013 in Berlin, SamMobile will be there!

The Samsung Galaxy Note III is rumoured to feature a 5.99″ sAMOLED display, 13 megapixel camera, octa-core or snapdragon 800 processor. S Pen functions. Android 4.2.2 or 4.3 and Samsung’s own Touch-Wiz Nature UX.

Yesterday SamMobile leaked the Galaxy S4 Zoom. The Galaxy S4 Zoom is planned for next month.

This leak is powered by TechTastic and SamMobile.

  1. what are its dimensions?? any info about that?

    • Not yet, but it won’t be bigger than the Mega 5.8

      • ohhh i like that

      • How do you that it’s not larger than the Galaxy Note 2?

  2. I was expecting even thinner bezel. Seems that Note 3 will be wider than Note 2 :/

  3. all this advertizing is to catch the pigeons, all these telephone there, we knows that it is stews same if you put 18 hearts to them it is all the shit for the pigeons.

  4. u people told that note 3 will have design of s4

  5. holy shit god damn AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. I like S4 design more than this one or S2 design :P

  7. Looks like the Xperia Z….

  8. sorry to say it but my note 2 looks better than this. This looks like a prototipe of galaxy note n6900 :)) the note that should have been arrived with the frist galaxy s1

  9. Please Samsung, get rid of the home button and replace it with the finger print scanner instead for unlocking and return to home screen. My home button is sinking into the same level as the screen already. Also please use on screen buttons instead of the capacitive touch.

    • this is not an iPhone dude, food scanner is enough lol^^

    • Why would you want a fingerprint scanner on a *touchscreen* phone. It’s easy enough to lift fingerprints off a shiny laptop, but everyone knows touchscreens are just fingerprint magnets…

  10. looks AWESOME, i really hope this is legit!

  11. Not deciding on using the Galaxy S4-like design on the note 3? Taking cues from the Galaxy S2 design?

Hopefully it’s premium build this time!

    • The S4′s build is considered premium enough. Polycarbonate is durable. Sadly, the hyperglaze finish can be a love it or hate it kind of deal.

I usually test the premium level of the phone by tapping on the back. If it feels solid, then I’m sold.

      • True but the haters out there want something new this time. e.g metal-chassis build…

  12. Needs front facing speakers

  13. Looks ugly. I want an aluminum phone (can argue all you like can call me whatever names you want) If the htc one max turns out to be a metal body design I will go for that over this.

  14. love the S2 shape

  15. I assume this will only be a prototype.

  16. every-goddamn-time someone takes these pictures they are blurry, almost makes me feel like it’s made by samsung on purpose to spread the hype about upcoming flag device, whos knows maybe i’m right, maybe i’m not

  17. Back to the S2 design – lovely

  18. So you had the prototype in your hands and you only managed to shoot 1 photo of a screen that actually shows it is a Android device? Why not a photo if the screen that shows modelnr, android version, baseband, kernel, etc?

Most camera’s have a focusring you know :/

  19. I own a Note 2. Very happy with it. Heard about the note III and thought cool. First released it was going to have a 6.3 in display. I thought how cool is that. Now I am reading that it has been shaved down to slightly larger than the note II. Not much difference in size. Very disappointing. Then no longer installing the Octa-core. A quad core is taking it’s place. I have a quad core in the note 2. So what the difference? Nothing i say. A little bit bigger phone with a couple of blings in it to make it different. WOW i am impressed. The Hauwei is starting to look really good. Thanks but i will keep my note 2 and stay away from the Bling Bling note 3. Very disappointing.
