Samsung adds iPhone 5 to its patents infringement case
Samsung had hinted to sue Apple over the iPhone 5 and now they’ve confirmed by filing a request with the court to add the latest iPhone in the list of infringing products. Samsung says they “began their investigation” as soon as the iPhone 5 went on sale and came to the conclusion that iPhone 5 infringed on the eight Samsung patents, just like previous iPhones.
In a statement released to Reuters, Samsung said “we have little choice but to take the steps necessary to protect our innovations and intellectual property rights.”

I love the Samsung adverts, taking the micky out of Apple, they have a wicked sense of humour, although my iPhone owning friends don’t seem to think they are funny ( I don’t know why!!) maybe that’s a prerequisite of owning a iPhone.
All I can say is bring them on.

Los apoyo totalmente y que de una vez por todas estos “yankis” asuman que no siempre tienen ellos la razón y que “no se pueden llevar por delante a todo el mundo”.-
Vamos por más Samsung !!!!!!
The support fully and once and for all these “Yankee” assume that they are not always right and that “can not be carried forward to the whole world.” -
