SamMobile recently revealed that Samsung is working on a new A series of smartphones following the launch of the Galaxy Alpha. Out of the three new phones that are under development, the SM-A500 is already listed on Samsung's mobile website, and it looks like the phone could be the first to be officially announced as well, as the device was recently certified by Bluetooth SIG. The Bluetooth certification also suggests the phone will come with dual SIM slots, though that's about all that can be gleaned from the SM-A500's listing.
According to our sources, the SM-A500 will come with an HD display and a front camera with a higher resolution than existing Samsung devices. Its design will be similar to the Galaxy Alpha, and a launch is expected sometime in the next month or so, possibly with an announcement soon after the Galaxy Note 4 gets unveiled.
