The firmware is based on Android 4.4.4, which means the Galaxy Mega 2 will sport the latest version of Android, like the recently announced metal-clad Galaxy Alpha (though it's too bad there is no word on when existing Samsung devices will get the Android 4.4.3/4.4.4 update.) The Galaxy Mega 2 is expected to feature a display sized somewhere between 5.8-6-inch, a quad-core Snapdragon 400/410 processor, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and a microSD slot, and a 12/13-megapixel rear camera, in a body that measures 163.6 x 84.9 x 8.6mm.
As always, things can change before the official announcement, but the Galaxy Mega 2 shouldn't be a secret for much longer judging by its numerous unofficial appearances in recent weeks.
